Technology Training

On-site trainings are conducted in a computer lab by an expert trainer and are designed to provide participants with hands-on experience using the technology. While each training workshop can be customized to your needs, these standard options are available:

• Beginner - Reviews basic computer skills, site navigation, and an overview of site features. Instructs and demonstrates data entry, report generation, and the use of online planning resources. (1 day)
• Advanced - Focuses on the connection between assessment and curriculum, and utilizing information for program improvement. Provides in-depth training on the individualized and group planning tools. (1 day)

Phone trainings offer a low-cost option to be utilized throughout the year for specialized topics, or ongoing training for new hires. Phone training participants dial into a conference call while navigating the system on their own or while watching a lead computer.
